A San Antonio native, Dr. Davis earned his B.A. from Yale University in 1969 and his M.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1973. He completed a dermatology residency at the prestigious University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Medical School and became board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 1977.
After serving on the academic faculty at UCSF until 1983, Dr. Davis returned to San Antonio to establish his private practice, where he has become a trusted name in keloid treatment. Currently, he serves as an Adjunct Professor in Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Texas Health and Science Center at San Antonio.
