Beginning her medical journey in Dusseldorf, Germany, she later joined Thomas Jefferson University’s dermatology department in the U.S. after being invited by its chairman. Following her residency and board certification, Dr. Ringpfeil became a faculty member at Jefferson, where she contributed significantly to dermatologic education and research.
